These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TelegramViews website, content, tools, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

TelegramViews is an independent informational and utility website focused on Telegram post views, curated Telegram view bot listings, educational guides, and related contact support. We are not affiliated with Telegram Messenger Inc.

2. Description of the Service

Depending on availability, the Service may include:

A website utility that helps you prepare Telegram post-view orders using public post URLs
An editorial directory of Telegram view bots and related tools
Articles, FAQ content, and other educational materials
Contact and support channels, including forms and Telegram support usernames published on the site

Features may change, pause, or be limited. Online website checkout may be unavailable at times; in those cases we may direct you to a recommended Telegram bot listed in our directory.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and must use the Service only for lawful purposes. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

The Telegram links, channel content, and materials you submit or reference
Complying with Telegram’s terms, community guidelines, and applicable laws
Verifying bot usernames, pricing, delivery options, and payment details inside Telegram before you pay anyone
Keeping any credentials or chat access under your control secure

Do not use the Service to harass others, spam, commit fraud, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape the site abusively, or attempt to disrupt our systems.

5. Bot listings and third-party services

Bot profiles, pricing notes, feature lists, ratings, and “last checked” dates are provided for informational purposes. Third-party Telegram bots and operators are independent from TelegramViews. We do not control their uptime, delivery quality, payment processing, refunds, or data practices.

Opening a bot in Telegram, sending funds, or granting access (including to private or non-public channels when a bot supports that) is a transaction between you and that third party. Always confirm critical details in Telegram before paying.

6. Orders, pricing, and availability

Any prices, quantities, delivery estimates, or starter credits described on TelegramViews (including free trial views offered by listed bots) may change and should be confirmed in the live bot or checkout flow. We may refuse, pause, or cancel website order attempts for maintenance, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

If website ordering is paused, following a recommended bot link does not create a contract with TelegramViews for the third-party service itself.

7. Intellectual property

The TelegramViews name, site design, editorial text, and original graphics are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Service without permission, except for ordinary personal/fair use browsing and sharing of public page URLs.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, ranking outcomes, view retention, algorithmic treatment by Telegram, or the accuracy of third-party bot claims.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEGRAMVIEWS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY BOT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO TELEGRAMVIEWS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify TelegramViews and its operators against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content or links, or your dealings with third-party bots and payment providers.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
